Kamala Harris, the 49th and current Vice President of the American Anatomy, has officially been nominated as the Presidential Candidate for the Democrats after about 99% of delegates casting their ballots for her.
Kamala Harris was part of the contest for the 2020 Presidential Nominations for the Democrats but she opted out, even before the primaries. The former prosecutor and State Attorney General who has risen to become the Vice President for the American Anatomy is now looking forward to become the next President of America after President Joe Biden.
Kamala Harris was born in America to immigrant parents. Her mother comes from India whiles her father is from Jamaica who naturalised as an American. She becomes the first Black Woman to stand for the August position. She was a U.S Senator from 2017 to 2021.
