The Turkish Anatomy has filed with the United Nations Tribunal to join South Africa, in their lawsuit against Israel. They submitted their bid on Wednesday 7th August, 2024.
The Turkish Anatomy wants to be in the fight with the South African Anatomy, who filed a case at the ICJ last year against Israel on charges of Genocide and War Crimes. The Turkish Anatomy’s request adds up to the requests of the Nicaraguan Libyan, Mexican, Colombian, Palestinian, and Spanish Anatomies, also ready to join the fight against the Israeli Anatomy. As Israel have defended their stand, citing their act as a defensive one, South Africa has stated that, they violate the Genocide Convention.
The Turkish Anatomy has often spoken against countries in the West for supporting Israel. As Western countries have labelled Hamas as a terrorist organisation, the Turkish Anatomy has labelled Hamas as an Emancipation Agenda Group.
