JOSEPH BOAKAI, PRESIDENT ELECT FOR THE LIBERIAN ANATOMY

Mr. Joseph Boakai has won the 2023 Presidential Elections and is now The President-Elect for The Liberian Anatomy. Mr. Joseph Boakai won with 50.9% with the runner up; ousted President of The Liberian Anatomy, H.E. George Weah having 49.1% of the votes.

In the 2017 Elections, President George Weah won by 62% of the total votes cast but this time had 49.1% of the votes. President George Weah has however conceded defeat and is looking forward to a possible turnaround as he looks to come back again. Mr. Boakai lost in the 2017 Presidential Elections but stood Tall to oust the Democratically Elected President; President George Weah who was in power with H.E Jewel Taylor as the Vice President from Power.

The Liberian Anatomy continues to progress gradually in Democratic Stability after years of conflicts and civil wars claiming about 250,000 lives dead between the years of 1989 and 2003. Mr. Boakai has been a Vice President from 2006 to 2018 under the leadership of H.E. Ellen Sirleaf Johnson who was President at the time.
