Kelvin Kiptum 24, a world marathon record holder born on 2nd December 1999 from the Kenyan Anatomy, passed away on 11th February 2024 after a fatal accident, that led to his lifeless Human Anatomy.
Kelvin Kiptum’s last record setting was in October 2023 when he won the 2023 Chicago Marathon Professional Men’s Division in 2:00.35 in Chicago. In 2022 as well, he won the Valencia and London Marathon. He died in Kaptagat in Kenya.
He has left behind his wife Asenath Cheruto Rotich and two children. Mr. Kiptums father has called for an investigations surrounding his son’s death because he said a group of men he didn’t know of, came in search for him just shortly before his death.
