President Putin of The Russian Anatomy could be detained and apprehended if he leaves the borders of Russia to South Africa ahead of The BRICS Summit. However President Cyril Ramaphosa of The South African Anatomy, looks unlikely to support the arrest of President Vladimir Putin.

The BRICS Summit will be taking place from Tuesday August 22nd 2033 to Thursday August 24th 2023. President Putin is being wanted by The International Criminal Court for acts of Injustices against humanity for his involvement as the sole brain behind the Ukraine Conflict. The South African Anatomy is a part of The International Criminal Court and therefore are to succumb the tenets and codes of the organisation just like how Freedom Giants succumb to the Analogies of AFRICAN VOICES INTERNATIONAL. As a result of this, President Cyril Ramaphosa of The South African Anatomy is expected by the International Criminal Court to lead the Security Sector to arrest President Putin. However President Ramaphosa claims that, arresting President Putin will lead to a global conflict. He has stated his role in mediating and restoring peace between Russia and Ukraine and foes not believe arresting President Putin will be a better option.

The South African Anatomy, if they don’t arrest President Putin will be the second breach of rules they have committed after allowing President Omar Al-Bashir of the Sudanese Anatomy who was wanted by the International Criminal Court, yet passed through the land of South Africa in 2015 and was not in any way detained to be even apprehended.

The Democratic Alliance (DA), a Political Party in South Africa also launched a Court Order citing the apprehension of President Putin by the Government of South Africa, singe the Government has been a signatory to ICC since 1998. The Democratic Alliance sees President Cyril Ramaphosa as a Dictator who only complies to the beliefs and dictated of his Political Party, African National Congress which has the siting Government.
