CANNABIS GRADUALLY GAINING MOMENTUM IN THE AFRICAN ANATOMY, AS THE GHANA PARLIAMENT ALSO APPROVES FOR ITS INTERNAL PRODUCTION

The Parliament for The Ghanaian Anatomy has approved for the cultivation of cannabis in the country which will be used solely for health and industrial agendas. This comes after the amendment of the Narcotics Regulation Commission Amendment Bill of the Ghanaian Anatomy’s constitution to pave way for the approval.

The amendment has replaced the old which now gives the Ministry of Interior the authority to cultivate cannabis in the West African country. The Ministry of Interior will now be able to grant licenses for the cultivation of cannabis commonly known as “wee.” All people without the license will be apprehended and made to face the law. The Ghanaian Anatomy now joins National Anatomies like Zimbabwe, Morocco, Rwanda and Rwanda in Africa who have ratified their laws one way or the other to allow for partial of full commercialization of the psychoactive drug.

The Government of Ghana looks forward to benefiting from the merits of cannabis as they have approved the cultivation however with a maximum or 0.3 percent of Tetrahydrocannabinol content and ensure a new industry for cannabis production which will be assessed from time to time to solve health related challenges.
