Majority of The Nigerien Anatomy are standing right by Gen. Abdourahmane following he ousting Mr. Mohamed Bazoum from power on July 26th. Gen. Abdourahmane has stated that the Coup D’etat was very necessary to prevent any adverse effects by Mr. Bazoum’s Government that could have affected not only the Nigerien Anatomy, but the Nigerian Anatomy and beyond.
Gen. Abdourahmane has also stated that his country is open to talks but stands on his talk still that he will kill Mr. Mohamed Bazoum if any Military force comes into his country to fight and restore Mr. Bazoum.
Mr. Bazoum has been in his house with his wife and children since he was ousted on July 26th. He has been attended by a Doctor and has not complained of any medical complications.
Mr. Peter Obi who contested for the 2023 Nigerian Elections as a Candidate of The Labour Party has also joined the number of Politicians who are calling for Diplomacy in resolving this conflict and not any Military persuasion or force by the Military as a last resort.
The Russian President; Vladimir Putin, is also backing the Nigerien Anatomy and is against any Military invasion by The ECOWAS into Niger.
In the wake of foreign Militaries going to Niger, a Nigerian MI-171 Aircraft that was flying from Nigeria to Niger crashed in Niger on Monday 14th August.
