Tensions continue to escalate in the North Eastern section of Democratic Republic of Congo as terrorists wage war on innocent civilians. Following attacks on places like Goma, terrorists have now moved to North Kivu near Lubero. According to sources, they took hostage 70 people, led them to a Protestant church in a village called Kasanga, and annihilated them.
Sources indicate the perpetrators are an Islamist-backed group operating in both Uganda and Rwanda. The terrorists are reportedly from the Allied Democratic Forces, a group that has links with Islamisr millitants.
