The Supreme Court for The Nigerian Anatomy has scheduled Friday May 26th as the day for delivering the judgement on the file by The People’s Democratic Party against The All Progressives Congress Political Candidates; Bola Tinubu and Kashim Shettima, who won the 2023 February Elections and are supposed to be inaugurated as President and Vice President respectively on 29th May, 2023.

Mr. Kashim Shettima aside being nominated as the running mate for Mr. Bola Tinubu for the 2023 General Elections was at the same time vying for the Borno Central Senatorial Seat, of which The People’s Democratic Party stated that, was a breach of the law. On July 28th, 2022, The People’s Democratic Party filed a suit stating that, Mr. Kashim Shettima who was the running mate hoping to be the Vice President of The Nigerian Anatomy under the ticket of The All Progressives Congress was illegal and unlawful. The PDP claimed that Mr. Shettima’s nomination was in breach of the Laws of The National Anatomy of Nigeria. They cited sections 29(1), 33, 35 and 84(1)(2) of the electoral act as claims that Mr. Shettima had breached the laws. The suit filed by the PDP was dismissed by Inyang Ekwo 🇳🇬, The Head Judge presiding over the case. The PDP once again relentlessly qppealed against the judgement.

The PDP claims that the rule by Hon. Justice Inyang Ekwo against their suit was unfair and are looking forward to a fair hearing this Friday. Mr. Atiku Abubakar contested as a Presidential Candidate for the 25th February 2023 General Elections for The Nigerian Anatomy, on the ticket of the APC and lost to Mr. Bola Tinubu. Mr. Atiku Abubakar won 29.07 percent of the votes whilst the second runner up Mr. Peter Obi of The Labour Party won 25.40 percent of the votes. About 60 leaders in the Global Anatomy are being expected to grace the inauguration of President Elect Bola Tinubu, who is expected to be the 16th President of the National Anatomy of Nigeria 🇳🇬.
