A couple of men from several nationalities including from America and Britain on Sunday 19th May 2024, planned to take State Power in DR CONGO, particularly at Kinshasa but the agenda was swiftly alerted and thwarted by the Congolese Anatomy’s Security and Defence Service.
The team behind the coup were about 50 in number with about four of the team members killed during the clash by the Congolese Securities. They tried attacking residencies of some top officials and some offices of President Felix Tshisekedi.
Christian Malanga who was the brain behind the failed Coup died as he was also captured and attacked. He was a Congolese who had naturalised to become an American. He had already made it clear behind the Sunday act, of overthrowing the President of the Congolese Anatomy; H.E. Felix Tshisekedi.
President Felix Tshisekedi is safe together with all individuals whom these assailants attacked their houses in their agenda of staging the coup. About 40 people were also arrested who are alleged to be behind the coup.
