PRESIDENT KAGAME’S REGIME COULD EXTEND TO 2034 AS APPROVED BY THE RWANDAN ANATOMY

In 2015, a Referendum was approved for certain constitutional changes which paved way for President Paul Kagame of The Rwandan Anatomy, to be able to stay in office for a third term from 2017, when until the constitutional ammendments, he would have left office after his second term in 2017.

President Kagame has been the Head of State for his country after the end of the 1994 Rwandan Genocide. He was voted in Power in the 2003, 2010 and 2017 Elections. Initially before 2015, The Constitution of the Rwandan Anatomy allowed Elected Presidents to run for two terms with each term taking seven years. However in 2015, the constitution was amended to allow President Kagame run for a third term which will make him stay in Power till 2024. Years in office were also shortened to five years and will take place from 2024 which could make President Kagame be in Power to 2034.

Presidential Elections for The Rwandan Anatomy are slated for the 15th to the 16th of July 2024. President Kagame is looking forward to run in the upcoming elections. President Kagame who has been able to stabilise his country economically and politically post the Rwandan Genocide which took place from April 7th 1994 to July 15th 1994 which claimed at least 800, 000 loves mostly being Tutsis has gained respect by the African Anatomy for making the country stable and one of the most first destinations in Africa, due to the presence of Tranquility and Social Transformation in the country.
