However Jewel Taylor after divorcing Charles Taylor did not see herself as a subject to her past association but saw herself by her own identity. and has believed in herself which led to her being called as a ruling mate to Incumbent President of The Liberian Anatomy; H.E. George Weah as his running mate in 2017.
