The Kenyan and Congo-Brazzavillian Anatomies have deepened their ties as they have removed visa conditionalities by citizens of both countries travelling to and from these respective countries. This was confirmed after President William Ruto met with President Denis Sassou Nguessou at Congo-Brazzaville.

These was President Ruto’s words.”We, the Government of Kenya, have already taken the decision that nationals of Congo-Brazzaville will no longer need visas to enter Kenya. This will enable us to increase trade between our two countries. Our peoples, businessmen and others need this.” President William Ruto has also promised to bring back the services of Kenya Airlines in Congo-Brazzaville after Kenyan Airways halted its services in Congo-Brazzaville for some time.

President Ruto spent two days in Congo-Brazzaville with a delegation from the Kenyan Anatomy from Friday 7th July to Sunday 9th July 2023. President Ruto also toured President Nguesso’s private farm in Oyo and was impressed with President Nguesso’z modernised technology being used in his farm as President Ruto also owns a private farm in Uasin Gishu County.
