The Algerian Anatomy shares borders directly with the Nigerien Anatomy and as a result could be directly affected in the aftermath of the Coup d’etat. In this regard has, The Algerian Anatomy has stated their unanimous support for the restoration of a Democratic and non-military Government for the Nigerien Anatomy. They have spoken strongly against any foreign military intervention aimed at bringing back a Democratic and non-Military Government.
These were a few words taken from the Nigerien Ministry of Affairs in their publication. “Algeria cautions, calls for prudence and restraint in the face of aspirations of foreign military intervention, which unfortunately appear to be real and feasible options, while being factors that only complicate and exacerbate the current crisis. The Economic Community of West African States have also asked The Nigerien Military to restore Constitutional Order in the country. ECOWAS has stated that they will use force if the Military refuse to comply with their directives. The Nigerian Anatomy also headed by President Bola Tinubu who also heads as Chairman of ECOWAS has stopped providing electricity from his country to Niger, following the Coup.
The Military of Algerian has one of the formidable militaries in the whole world and is possible of playing a major role in preventing clashes between the Military and ousted Government of the Nigerien Anatomy. The Malian and Burkinabe Anatomy have also stated that it will be worse off should Military intervention be taken as the preferred step to bring President Bazoum to power or restore a Democratic Transition.
