PRESIDENT JULIUS MAADA BIO OF THE SIERRA LEONEAN ANATOMY TAKES A SECOND TERM

Incumbent President of The Sierra Leonean Anatomy has won the General Elections and will be staying in office for a second term as President of his National Anatomy. The Main opponent Samura Kamara of The All People’s Congress (APC) Party has however denied the veracity of the Electoral Results.

The Electoral Commissioner; Mohammed Konneh, announced that Mr. Julius Maada Bio of The Sierra Leone People’s Party won with 56.17 percent of the total votes cast whiles Mr. Samura Kamara pulling 41.16 percent of the total votes. President Bio stood for Presidency in the 2012 Presidential Elections but was defeated by Ex-President https Ernest Bai Koroma who was President of Sierra leone from September 2007 to April 2018. President Ernest Bai Koroma won 58 percent of the votes in the 2012 Sierra Leone General Elections making him win the Elections with his main rival at the time as Mr. Julius Maada Bio.

President Julius Maada Bio stood Relentless and has won the just ended Elections which took place on 24th June, 2023. He will be serving another 5 years as President of his country in the second term. This Elections didn’t go on a second round because President Bio had more than 55 percent of the total votes cast, unlike the last Elections in 2018 where Mr. Bio and Mr. Kamara went for a run-off votes because none of them pulled 55 percent or more of the total votes cast. President Julius Maada Bio was the Millitary Head of State from 16th January 1996 to 29th March 1996.
