President John Mahama has arrived in Singapore on a three-day state visit, marking his first official trip to the country. During his visit, President Mahama has met with Singapore’s Prime Minister and Minister for Finance, Lawrence Wong, to discuss ways to deepen bilateral relations between Ghana and Singapore.
The two leaders have explored opportunities for cooperation and collaboration, focusing on strengthening ties between the two nations. President Mahama also addressed the 8th Africa-Singapore Business Forum, delivering a keynote speech to a gathering of government and business leaders.
Accompanying President Mahama on the visit are senior officials, including Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, Hon. Elisabeth Ofosu-Adjare, and Hon. Harun Iddrisu. The visit aims to foster stronger economic and diplomatic ties between Ghana and Singapore, promoting mutual growth and development.
