The Liberian Anatomy’s Anti Corruption Commission has been informed of very serious illegal activities by certain Parliamentarians in their country. These allegations made against the House of Representatives are aimed at removing the Speaker of the House.
The Commission has been made aware of some sources of funding for Parliamentarians, which were illegally given to some Parliamentarians through the accounts of the Ministry of Transport and the Liberia Water and Sewer Corporation.
The Commission via their Executive Chairperson; Alexandra Zoe, has called for investigations into the matter following the allegations made of the House of Representatives and have stated that, if the allegations are proven true, there will legal and administrative actions taken against all the culprits to protect the integrity and dignity of the Liberian Anatomy.
