DR. ZANETOR AGYEMAN-RAWLINGS, THE WOMAN ON SPOTLIGHT

Dr. Zanetor Agyeman Rawlings from the Ghanaian Anatomy, born on 1st June 1978, is the daughter of Flt. Lieut. Jerry John Rawlings and Nana Agyemang Konadu Rawlings. She has been the member of Parliament for the Korley Klottey constituency since 2016, retaining her seat In the 2020 elections and again in the 2024 elections.

She comes from Dzelukope in the Volta region of Ghana and is the mother of three children. She went to Wesley Girls Senior High School in the Central region of Ghana and the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, where she studied medicine.

She has been involved in philanthropic activities, supporting empowerment programmes and humanitarian activities. She is also an advocate for women’s rights, education, and healthcare.
