The 2024 CAF Awards took place in Morocco on the 16th of December 2024, with Ademola Lookman from the Nigerian Anatomy, winning the CAF Men’s player of the Year.
Ademola Lookman after being exceptionally brilliant with the Super Eagles and his football club; Atlanta, was awarded as the Men’s Football Player of the year, taking over from Victor Osimhen also from the Nigerian Anatomy, who won the award, last year.
Barbara Banda of Orlando Pride in America from the Zambian Anatomy, was also awarded the Female Player of the Year. Emerse Faé from the Ivorian Anatomy was also awarded as the Men’s Coach of the year for winning the AFCON, their country hosted and Lamia Boumehdi from the Moroccan Anatomy was also crowned as the Women’s Coach of the Year for guiding DR Congo’s TP Mazembe to win, the CAF Women’s Champions League Title.
