The South African Anatomy have stated that the Israelis have been engaged in apartheid and have abused the sovereignty of the Pakistanis by fighting for land which is in the terrain of the Palestinian Anatomy’s. They made these claims at the United Nations’ top Court in Hague this Tuesday, 20th February, 2024.
These were a few words by Vusimuzi Madomsela, South Africa’s Ambassador to Netherlands to 15 judges this Tuesday – “We as South Africans sense, see, hear and feel to our core the inhumane discriminatory/: policies and practices of the Israeli regime as an even more extreme form of the apartheid that was institutionalised against Black people in my country” “South Africa bears a special obligation, both to its own people and the international community, to ensure that wherever the egregious and offensive practices of apartheid occur, these must be called out for what they are and brought to an immediate end”
The Israeli-Palestine conflict rose again since 7th October 2023 where Palestine military groups attacked Southern Israel from The Gaza Strip with The Israelis also launching a defensive attack claiming millions of both states’ lives.
The Israelis in 1967 took control of the West Bank, East Jerusalem and The Gaza Strip in the the 1967 Mideast War. The Israelis have continued to take hold of such terrains and have built various infrastructural facilities accommodating about 450,000 Israelis.
The Israelis however have rejected all claims by South Africa referring to acts of Israelis as Human Rights Infringements. They have also stated that, the Court has been biased towards them and have failed to recognise their rights and duty to protect their citizens.
