A soldier by name Babby Ndombe Opetu from the Congolese Anatomy of age 32, has killed at least thirteen people in Ituri in his country. These people were relatives of his he killed after an uncleared issue. This soldier has being tried at the Court for this injustice he has caused
The soldier caused the massacre because he found out that one of his of his children who passed away was buried without his notice. He got furious about this and went to his hometown and begun shooting everyone there leading to at least thirteen people loosing their lives.
The Soldier run away after finding out people passed away from his firing expedition. He was however found and captured around Tchomia and has been undergoing trial. Out of the thirteen people that died, nine were children. The soldiers wife also suffered severe injuries. He has been faced with a death penalty and also charged to pay 1 million dollars in compensation for the damages against the family members of the victims.
