President Hakainde Hichilema; President of the Zambian Anatomy, has sacked three judges who were initially suspended for judicial misconduct.
In 2016, these three judges dismissed the election petition by President Hakainde, which he claimed were rigged leading to former President, Mr. Edgar Lungu’s win.
In 2021, these same judges were part of the judicial council that allowed Mr. Edgar Lungu to stand for the 2021 Elections, even though he had served for two terms as President of the Zambian Anatomy.
