Burna boy originally known as Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu is a Nigerian Afro-Fusion Musician who was born on 2nd July, 1991.

Renowned Pan African Musician Fela Kuti had a link with Burna Boy’s Grandfather, Benson Idonjie. Benson Idonjie was the Manager of Fela Kuti. Burna Boy has had passion for music since his childhood days. He had a music band that went to various concerts to perform and they performed with excellence.

Burna Boy went to continue his Tertiary Education in London, but stopped because he felt he could do more with Music. He took Music to the peak and has now become a Global Celebrity. In 2019, he won the Best International Act at BET, That same year, he won the Best Album with his fourth Album; African Giant at the All Africa Music Awards. He also wo The African Musician Award the following year at the Ghana Music Awards.

He has won various awards for his contribution to the Music Industry and the promotion of the African Culture. He has sung songs with artistes like Wizkid, Beyonce , Angelique Kidjo , and Kenyan Afro Pop Group, Sauti Sol, amongst others. His heart towards the unity of the African Anatomy is phenomenal. He is indeed a Masterpiece.
